Zantac Litigtion

The FDA recently ordered that Zantac be removed from the market. A chemical N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) contained within Zantac has been linked to cancer. The FDA discovered that NDMA levels in Zantac can increase with time and high-temperature exposure to a dangerous level, posing serious health risks to consumers.

Antacid Litigation

Consumers alledge that the manufacturers of Nexium, Prilosec, Prevacid, Protonix and other PPI brands failed to warn of the dangers of proton pump inhibitors, including stomach cancer and gastric caner.

Chantix Recall

Pfizer has stopped the distribution of the smoking cessation drug Chantix and has recalled some batches after discovering high levels of a cancer-causing chemical called N-nitroso-varenicline (NDMA).
