Kim Warren is a nationally recognized lawyer who represents plaintiffs exclusively, with a focus on complex litigation, pharmaceutical mass torts, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, defective products, and medical malpractice.

Ms. Warren has a wide range of experience in civil litigation on behalf of injured persons, including numerous cases involving harmful pharmaceuticals and medical devices, dangerously defective products, medical malpractice, birth injuries, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Ms. Warren has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Warren has also served in leadership capacities in national Multidistrict Litigations (MDL) including appointments to multiple Plaintiff Steering Committees (PSC). As a member of various plaintiff steering committees, Ms. Warren has represented thousands of plaintiffs around the country in a variety of pharmaceutical and medical device cases.

Ms. Warren is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Wellesley College (B.A., Political Science and Economics), and Academy of Notre Dame de namur. While at Villanova, she participated in the Intensive and Advanced Trial Advocacy Course and was a member of the J. Willard O’Brien American Inn of Court.

Ms. Warren is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.

Ms. Warren was recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2016-2021. Ms. Warren has also been recognized as a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
